Both my mirrors were a bit balky. They wouldn’t adjust consistently. The problem was the switches. I ordered new ones from Ramco ($53) and they now work as they should. I took a couple of photos of the little light bulb for future searches. A dental pick is just the ticket for prying the bulb fitting out of the switch.
